ROOTED PARSLEY
Rooted parsley is edible from root to leaf and carries strong parsley flavor throughout. Plant in winter in southern areas and summer in the north. Excellent roasted, pureed into soups, added to stews, and mashed alongside of potatoes.

Best-filled roots in our trials, 'Arat' is well-filled from tip to top - average 11.5 inch roots and flat curled leaves. Roots are excellent roasted or grilled and tops, with a flavor similar to parsley, can be used as flavoring in soups and stews.
