PAK CHOI

Pak choi, also known as pac choi and bok choy, have leaves of a gentle mustard flavor and texture that lends itself well in stir fry. Green leaf tips wilt and become creamy while the fleshy white lower leaf retains heft adding a satisfying crunch to dishes.

A very classy white-stemmed variety with erect dark green and glossy leaves boasts excellent bolting tolerance. Very uniform with smooth leaf margins compared to other varieties. The tender leaves and crisp sweet stalks are a tasty addition to Oriental recipes or eaten raw.
