KOHLRABI
Kohlrabi is quite a shocking vegetable, from its appearance as a fleshy grounded U.F.O. to the brilliant taste and texture packed within the globes to its relative obscurity outside of grower circles. It is a very diverse crop that is sweet juicy and crunchy raw but equally holds up to be used as vegetables noodles and fries.
