CUCUMBER & GHERKIN
Sliced into salads, whirred into a dip, topping a sandwich, brined into pickles, adorning a cold libation, cucumbers and gherkins boast a refreshing crunch all their own. Cucumbers are notably longer with a larger fleshier cavity than gherkins; on the other hand gherkins often max out at just a few inches long and with a smaller denser cavity ideal for pickling. In any case Bejo's cucurbit program focuses on the best combination of yield, flavor, and market need.
