Cauliflower is a technical crop requiring the right variety for the region and season. Bejo strives to breed easy-to-grow varieties that are both adaptable to seasonal variation and specific for hot or cold climates. FLAMENCO F1
Exceptional flavor and raw eating quality make Flamenco a great choice for fresh market. The outer frame leaves are quite long and erect for added shading from the sun. Plants are vigorous. High, bright white, domed heads with dense curds are tops in field holding. A widely adapted grower favorite.

Excellent variety. Firm heads stay white without tying due to the strong self wrapping habit. Heads also generally remain free of tip burn. Highly uniform clean bright white heads are best in show.
