CARROT

From bright orange to yellow red and purple, long and skinny imperators to short stubby chantennays, carrots come in many colors shapes and sizes. Plus, carrots are one of the most nutritious vegetables around being a top provider of beta-carotene which supports eye, skin, and immune system health. They are a mainstay on the farm stand and home garden alike and for good reason! Pair their  culinary versatility with the diversity and healthfulness mentioned above and it is no wonder that the average person will consumer around 11,000 carrots in their lifetime.
